Tracy is SVP – Chief Information Officer for ePayResources. Tracy joined the association in November 2015 and brings more than 35 years of experience in the banking industry including expertise in operations, information systems, technology, project and vendor management, as well as payments, risk and treasury management services. Prior to her current role, Tracy lead the association’s Payments Education team and helped drive its strategic organizational objectives by leading the development and delivery of important payments-related education products and services, as well as leading the member services and support team.
A graduate of Lamson College in Tempe, AZ, an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) since 2010, and Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) since 2018, Tracy has been responsible for development and implementation of payments and treasury management departments, products and services, as well as associated education and training programs. During her banking career, she also managed conversions and provided service and support for sales regions and thousands of individual commercial and small business customers.
