We finally obtained the session 10 recording and, along with it, the session 11 recording. Both have been uploaded to the Recording Library.
One may either download the recording to have it for keeps or on another device, or one may listen/view the recording online. To download a recording, first select the recording then right click to video. Choose save video file from the options available.
